Returns

You are entitled to a refund if the product malfunctions, does not function, or does not provide as promised. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone since your purchase. You must give us a screenshot of the problem together with a description of it in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange owing to a defect.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return, and you will need to get in touch with us using the email address that was used to receive the transaction.

When you buy the product and request activation, it means that you accept all the rules and risks.

We don't provide returns on every product. Since trading in the financial markets necessitates talent, all indicators are excellent and your ability to profit from them completely rests on your ability.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dfxtrades.com to describe the issue you are facing.
